A leading energy services firm is seeking an HVAC/R Technician to join their team. As an HVAC/R Technician, you will be responsible for performing installation and service-related site visits, while interacting with internal resources and customers. You must have 10 or more years of hands-on experience working on commercial HVAC systems, proven experience implementing projects with the highest quality in workmanship, and experience with DDC systems is a plus.
 

This Massachusetts-based firm provides turn-key solutions and services to reduce the energy consumption of commercial, industrial, and municipal building operators. Specializing in buildings of 20,000 sq.ft. in size or larger. Their objective is to help building owners, facility directors and financial managers reduce energy usage as well as operational and maintenance costs.
 

Requirements & Responsibilities for this HVAC/R Technician opportunity include:
 

• 10+ years of hands-on experience working on commercial HVAC systems
• Ability to perform installation and service-related site visits, while interacting with internal resources and customers
• Proven experience implementing projects with the highest quality in workmanship
• Willing to assist with project scoping, estimations, and initial site visits as needed
• Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment that includes salespeople, engineers, and project managers
• Experience with DDC systems is a plus
• Refrigeration and Oil Burner licenses in MA are desired
• Install, maintain, and repair various types of HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems and components
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks as required
• Ensure the safety of self and customers while onsite at job locations

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: $35.00 -  $50.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
