A leading construction firm is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager. If you are a proactive individual with a passion for construction, we want you to join our client's team! The Construction Project Manager will oversee project buyout, estimating, budget management, contractor management, permitting, and overall building completion.
 

This is a privately held, strategically diversified real estate development company with 75 years of experience in enhancing communities. The company has a diverse portfolio including multifamily residences, commercial assets, and hospitality brands. Their vertically integrated operating model utilizes acquisition, asset financing, and property management to consistently deliver returns on investment.
 

Requirements & Responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:
 

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field
• 5+ years of proven construction experience in a supervisory role, with experience on projects ranging from $1 to $40 million
• Ability to read and understand contract drawings and specifications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel and Word
• Ability to work additional hours and travel as necessary
• Current, valid driver’s license
• Conducting regular quality control inspections and ensuring work is in compliance with industry and company standards
• Ensuring job site safety and enforcing safe work practices

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: $110,000 -  $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
