A family-owned company that's been around for 30 years, is seeking an experienced Engineering Construction Manager for their growing team. With a focus on land development for residential, commercial, industrial, and transportation projects, the ideal Engineering Construction Manager will have 10 or more years of experience managing multiple small to medium projects involving earthwork, utilities,  and paving.

Requirements & Responsibilities for this Engineering Construction Manager opportunity include:
 

• 10+ years of experience in managing multiple small to medium size land development projects involving earthwork
• Knowledge of scheduling software (preferably MS Project)
• Strong communication skills and good people skills
• US citizenship
• Willingness to be in the office or on job sites daily, no work from home
• A degree in Civil Engineering is a plus but not required
• Oversee and manage multiple small to medium size land development projects
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
• Manage and mentor a team of Superintendents
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Stay updated with industry advancements and incorporate new techniques and technology as needed

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: $100,000 -  $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits include healthcare coverage through Aetna, time off is negotiable, with a starting PTO of 1 week, increasing to 2 weeks in the second year, and bonus opportunities based on the company's performance.
