We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer with at least two years of experience to join our client's team! The company specializes in residential and commercial HVAC installations and replacements, based in the Baton Rouge area with a service area of 50 miles. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and able to work independently, with minimal callbacks.
 

The firm is a small, family-owned business, that promotes its employees and gives them opportunities to move up.
 

Requirements & Responsibilities for this HVAC Installer opportunity include:
 

• Minimum of two years of experience with installation
•  Ability to run a crew
•  At least 3-5 years of experience as a Service Technician
•  Ability to work independently

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: $40,000 -  $50,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

This position offers competitive pay with opportunities for growth, paid holidays, and a PTO plan with increasing time off for each year of service. There is also an on-call rotating plan for weekends with a $50 per call or $50 per day pay.
