A growing construction firm specializing in high-end residential projects is seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Project Manager to join their team. This is a project-based position for a high-end townhome in New York, with the potential for full-time employment.
 

Requirements & Responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:
 

• 5+ years of experience in construction management, high-end residential focus
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in project management software (MS Project and Microsoft Office)
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
• Oversee construction projects and ensure completion on time, within budget, and to high standards
• Manage project team, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues
• Review and approve project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Communicate with clients and provide project updates
• Manage project change orders and resolve disputes

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
