Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in HVAC manufacturing, experience managing independent sales reps, and established relationships with distributors. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, achieving corporate sales objectives, managing sales agencies, maintaining and growing sales with existing customers, identifying and qualifying new prospects, and representing the company at trade shows and industry meetings.

Requirements & Responsibilities for this Regional Sales Manager opportunity include:
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • 5 years of sales experience in manufacturing
  • Experience in managing large territories and diverse product offerings
  • Must live in Los Angeles, Dallas/Ft. Worth, or Phoenix areas
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English
  • Experience in HVAC/R product lines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including presenting to groups
  • Coaching/mentoring experience with less senior sales staff
  • Knowledge of new technology trends
  • Ability to develop and modify a 2-year plan
  • Ability to lead and get results through others, including less experienced individuals
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify and evaluate prospective customers for regional growth
  • Build relationships with industry influencers and key partners
  • Review and analyze sales performance against programs and quotes
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Some travel required


This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!


Salary: $100,000 -  $150,000 per year plus 20% bonus, commensurate with experience.
