Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Electrical Design Engineer to join our team of experienced professionals. As a well-established MEP design firm, we specialize in providing mechanical and electrical engineering design services for a variety of commercial and industrial projects. Our team has been together since 2004 and we have established excellent working relationships with architectural firms and construction contractors in North and South Carolina.

This exciting Electrical Engineer opportunity offers a chance for self-motivated individual to take their electrical design career to the next level. The ideal Electrical Engineer will have a strong background in commercial electrical design and experience working with clients, contractors, and other design professionals.

Requirements & Responsibilities for this Electrical Engineer opportunity include:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience in the design of power and lighting for commercial buildings
PE license or EIT with the ability to obtain PE within 2 years
Strong problem-solving, technical, math, and science skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
AutoCAD experience required
Design electrical power, lighting, fire alarm, and other low voltage systems for commercial construction projects
Consult with architects, building owners, and construction contractors
Oversee and provide design guidance for electrical designers
Develop proposals for engineering design services

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
