A full-service architecture and design firm is seeking a talented Construction Administrator to join their team. As a leading provider of comprehensive building services, this company offers a range of solutions including architectural design, site planning, interior design, construction administration, and more.
 

The ideal Construction Administrator will have expertise in working on a diverse range of building types, including Pre-K-12 schools, Higher Education facilities, Athletics facilities, Performing Arts centers, Corporate Interiors, Medical Facilities, Restaurants, Commercial and Mixed Use buildings, and Auto Dealerships. Requirements & Responsibilities for this Construction Administrator opportunity include:
 

• Professional degree in Architecture or Construction Management
• Registered Architect or LEED AP is desirable
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Architecture or Construction
• Experience in K-12 and Higher Ed market sectors is preferred
• Proficient in relevant software such as MS Office, Bluebeam, and Revit/AutoCAD
• Regularly required to talk or hear, able to drive and walk on construction sites
• Must be able to climb ladders and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Observe construction work and enforce construction contracts to ensure quality and design intent
• Lead meetings and process RFIs, ASIs, Change Orders, and Submittals
• Administer completion and closeout process, monitor warranty requests
• Perform quality control review of drawings and specifications
• Personal presentation skills are essential to represent the company

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: $75,000 -  $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

The firm will also cover exam fees, with the requirement of staying with the company for at least one year after obtaining a license.
