A leading design firm specializing in the design of industrial and maintenance facilities is seeking a Construction Administrator. With two large vehicle maintenance facilities under construction, this is an opportunity to bring your skills and expertise to the forefront.
 

The ideal Construction Administrator will be a licensed Architect or Engineer with 7 years of experience in construction administration. You will have a strong knowledge of REVIT, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other project management software. A degree in architecture is strongly preferred, but years of experience will also be considered. The candidate should be able to drive to and from sites, walk, climb ladders, and physically perform the duties.
 

Requirements & Responsibilities for this Construction Administrator opportunity include:
 

• Perform periodic on-site construction observations
• Attend and manage Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings
• Review and process submittals and track progress
• Collaborate effectively with the design, construction, and owner's team
• Ability to drive to and from construction sites and perform physically demanding tasks such as walking, climbing ladders, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, experience with Newforma and other project management software a plus
• Knowledge of REVIT is required
• Licensure as an architect or engineer and prior experience in construction administration is highly valued
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a team toward common goals

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
