Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join a premier national general contractor, we specialize in the construction of multifamily apartments, campus housing, senior living facilities, hotels, and military family communities. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for leading a team and managing the administrative and technical aspects of a construction project. In this Construction Project Manager role, you will be the point person who steers the project forward, ensuring that it is completed within time, budget, and scope constraints.
 

Requirements & Responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:
 

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related discipline
• Experience in multi-family construction is preferred
• Strong management and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, with minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including the use of formulas and pivot tables
• Comfort with technology, including the ability to master sector-specific software such as ProCore and BlueBeam
• Ability to work weekends as needed and travel locally to project sites
• Physical ability to lift 35 pounds and navigate a construction project site, including walking on uneven surfaces, climbing stairs, and climbing ladders

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: $100,000 -  $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
