A prominent construction firm is in search of a Construction Superintendent to join their team. With a specialization in real estate development, the company is focused on delivering top-notch multifamily homes, commercial properties, and hospitality brands. The ideal Construction Superintendent will be someone who can work with the Project Team to produce a quality product on time, within the project budget, and in compliance with safety standards. Requirements & Responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent opportunity include:

Review contract documents and prepare bid proposals
Assist with the preparation of scopes of work and project schedules
Provide guidance and leadership for field supervision, project engineers, and site staff
Conduct weekly coordination meetings and quality control inspections
Coordinate with the project team to manage scope changes
Maintain a current set of contract documents at the site
Ensure work is done in compliance with industry standards
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, sub-code officials, and design consultants
Prepare daily reports and maintain a sketchbook
Assume responsibility for safety and enforce safe work practices
Exercise honesty, integrity, and respect with clients and co-workers
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor and communicate effectively

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
