A leading architecture and design firm is seeking a highly motivated and talented Registered Architect to join its team. Responsibilities:
 

• Lead and inspire a team of design professionals
• Balance design creativity with solid construction knowledge
• Express design thoughts through hand sketching, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Play a significant role in marketing and business development
• Assemble entitlement drawing and documentation packages
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent design degree
• Strong design and graphic skills, both digital and hand-drawn
• Emphasis on developing and nurturing client relationships
• Ability to motivate and lead teams
• Construction/technical knowledge
• Knowledgeable with BIM 360, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam
• Knowledge/experience in Sketchup or other modeling software is highly preferred

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
