Qualifications:
* Perform receptionist duties and manage staff and visitor access to the building
* Ensure office runs smoothly and efficiently and oversee facilities and equipment
* Provide administrative support, receive and sort mail, arrange meetings and events
* Help shape office culture and support recruitment, training, and induction of new staff
* Manage office budget and expenses and develop office policies and procedures
* Maintain file organization system and resolve staff IT issues
* Minimum of five years experience as an office manager with proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Self-starter mentality, impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
* Pleasant personality, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and professional discretion
* Ability to work a demanding schedule with flexibility to meet event and admin support needs.
