Qualifications:

* 4-year degree in manufacturing, mechanical or industrial engineering
* 10 years of manufacturing related experience
* Leadership experience, including leading teams and projects
* Experience in supporting operations and improving manufacturing productivity, safety, and quality
* Experience with capital expenditure projects, including sourcing equipment, selecting contractors, managing project timelines, budgets, and contractor work
* Experience in facility expansion or greenfield projects
* Proficiency in cost savings analysis and ability to provide economic solutions
* Knowledge of CAD systems and experience in leading Kaizen events
* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or technical procedures
* Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
* Strong mathematical and reasoning abilities
* Willingness to travel (approx. 5%-10%)

Salary: $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
