Job Description:

Our client's firm specializes in multifamily and high-end hospitality projects. They are seeking a Project Architect/Manager to lead projects from concept to completion.
 

The ideal candidate for this position has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field and has 7+ years of experience in architecture and project management. Knowledgeable in zoning and building code requirements in mountainous areas and have strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard design and project management software. Licensure as an architect is preferred but not required.
 

Responsibilities:
 

  • Lead the design and project management of multifamily and high-end hospitality projects
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Coordinate and manage the work of consultants, contractors, and other project partners
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other project requirements
  • Provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to project team members
  • Represent the firm in meetings with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies
  • Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on project status
  • Manage project close-out, including punch list and final inspection


Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in architecture and project management
  • Strong portfolio of completed multifamily and high-end hospitality projects
  • Experience with zoning and building code requirements in mountainous areas
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard design and project management software
  • Licensure as an architect is preferred


This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!


Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
