A provider of process cooling systems, serving the needs of greenfield projects and existing systems is seeking a Mechanical Applications Engineer to join the team. This role will be responsible for evaluating customer needs, designing systems, preparing proposals, performing energy analysis, and managing projects.

Qualifications:
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or working towards one
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering
- Detailed knowledge of process cooling water and air conditioning system design equipment including: pumps, heat exchangers, chillers, cooling towers, dry air coolers, and adiabatic coolers
- Experience/familiarity with plastic manufacturing processes (injection molding, extrusion, compounding) and/or metal treatment processes (heat treating, nitriding, furnace cooling)
- Ability to build and nurture customer relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently or in a team setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CAD
This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
