A precision machining company, with over 50 years of experience and a commitment to state-of-the-art technology and highly skilled personnel, is seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Programmer/Machinist to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience with metal manufacturing and high tolerance parts, proficiency in programming software, and the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Programming, setting up, and running Swiss machines
• Experience with metal manufacturing and high tolerance parts
• Experience with Star machines and Fanuc controls is a plus
• Proficiency in PartMaker, Autodesk or Fusion 360 for programming
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and schematics
• Ability to make necessary adjustments, repairs and perform preventative maintenance on machines
• Ability to monitor production and maintain quality standards
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
• Ability to work with micrometers, dial indicators, and other precision measuring tools
• Ability to read and understand G-code, M-code, and conversational programming

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
