A leading construction firm is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Superintendent for a high-rise housing project in Tucson, Arizona.  The ideal candidate should have a background in general contracting and experience leading large-scale construction projects. 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in general contracting and a proven track record of successfully leading and completing large construction projects. Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field or equivalent work experience in construction supervision role for a general contractor
* 10+ years of significant experience in the commercial construction field
* Ground up construction knowledge and experience
* Experience in self-performed trades and concrete fundamentals
* Effective coaching, mentoring and leadership skills
* Familiarity with software and computer systems such as Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, PlanGrid, and CMiC ERP is a plus
* Current OSHA 10 (or above) certification is a plus

Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
