A full-service award-winning architecture firm is seeking an Interior Architect with a focus on commercial interiors.  As an Interior Architect, you will play a vital role in projects that span from schematic design through construction phase services.
 

Working closely with a team of Project Managers and Designers, you will be involved in every phase of a variety of projects, including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, space planning, design development, selecting material finishes, construction documentation, and presenting your designs to clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both architecture and interior design and be able to adapt to changes quickly.
 

Responsibilities:
 

• Involvement in all phases of projects, including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, space planning, design development, construction documentation, and preparing presentations to clients
• Opportunity to grow into proposal writing, project schedule management, mentoring, and networking

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design
• 4-8 years of professional experience in developing designs and construction documents
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, or Enscape are a plus!
• Strong creative design, presentation skills, and capacity for conceptual design thinking

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
