Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Transportation Engineer 3 to support the department’s mission by analyzing, developing, and implementing Traffic Signal Timing Plans that optimize traffic flow at our signalized intersections. As a Transportation Engineer 3 in the Signal Operations Office, the incumbent shall provide safe and efficient operations of our signalized corridors, ramps, and intersections utilizing high level knowledge of engineering principles, methods, and practices while working under minimal supervision of the Transportation Technical Engineer.
