This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Architect to join a well-established Commercial Real Estate Development and Turn-key General Contractor in New Jersey. The successful candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in the architecture and construction industry, and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the architectural and construction process for large, multi-building commercial real estate development projects from concept to completion. 
 

Requirements:

* Registered Architect with 7-10 years of experience
* Strong project management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of building codes and regulations
* Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Experience in multifamily, mixed-use and retail projects
* Experience in large, multibuilding developments with anchor residential and mixed-use outparcels
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* BlueBeam software experience

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
