A multi-disciplinary design firm based in San Diego is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to join their team. This firm specializes in blending architecture, interior design, and building techniques to create intricately configured projects in diverse industries, including hospitality and residential.

This is an opportunity to join a fun, fast-paced team and work on exciting projects while developing and managing commercial projects and reporting to private investors.
 

Requirements:

* At least 8-10 years of experience managing Residential and Commercial Architectural projects
* Proven track record as a profitable team leader for past design firms
* High level of analytical skills (budget analysis, code and zoning research)
* Strong follow-through and ability to build trust with clients and team members
* Experience completing projects on time and on budget
* Knowledge of California building code regulations and creating a design schedule
* Strong technical background in materials, detailing, and systems coordination
* Passion for improving the design process through continuing education
* Mentoring and leadership skills
* Project scheduling, management and productivity skills, and proficiency in REVIT, Blue Beam, MS Word, data filing systems, math, public speaking, and sustainability knowledge

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
