We have an immediate need for a Lead Interior Designer with a passion for design and leadership skills to join a highly reputable Architectural firm in Lakewood, NJ.  The Lead Interior Designer will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the interior design projects, including project management, budgeting, and scheduling. They will need to be proficient in computer-aided drafting (CAD) and related software and have strong communication and presentation skills.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
* 7+ years of experience in the interior design industry, with experience leading a team and building a division preferred
* Experience leading a team and building a division
* Strong project management skills and experience with budgeting and scheduling
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Proficient in computer-aided drafting (CAD) and related software
* Strong knowledge of design trends, materials, and technologies
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Business development experience is a plus

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
