An award-winning firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Architect to join their team as an Architectural Project Manager.  This company is a multi-disciplinary firm that offers Planning, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Architecture services. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Architect with a strong background in multi-family project management, as well as excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills. The successful Architectural Project Manager candidate will lead and manage the design and construction of multi-family projects from concept to completion, coordinate with clients and contractors, manage project budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations.

Requirements & Responsibilities for this Register Architect / Architectural Project Manager opportunity include:

* Registered Architect with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-family project management
* Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and other applicable laws* Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
*Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Ability to lead and manage the design and construction of multi-family projects from concept to completion
* Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals and timelines are met
* Ability to manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
* Ability to ensure compliance with all building codes, zoning regulations, and other applicable laws
* Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
* Ability to prepare and review project documents, including plans, specifications, and reports
* Ability to attend project meetings and provide progress updates to clients and stakeholders

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
