We have an immediate need for a Project Architect to lead our Entitlement and Construction Docs teams for industrial projects such as warehouses and logistics facilities to join a well-established Architecture firm in Newport Beach, CA. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Project Architect opportunity includes:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or related field
- 8-15 years of professional experience in an architecture firm
- Ability to lead a team of project managers on multiple projects and maintain project quality and schedules
- Attend Public Hearings/ Planning Commissions
- Expertise in Revit and Bluebeam is a must
Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
