Compensation
Base pay range: $100,000-$110,000
This salary range is provided in good faith and is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
Knowledge/Skills Requirements
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Competency in asking probing questions and interpreting the responses to understand true customer needs.
•Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and PowerPoint
•Good organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
•Ability to analyze data, form strategic plans and execute at the tactical level
•Detail oriented
•Ability to work with different cultures
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or the equivalent industry experience. MBA a plus
- Minimum of 5 years successful Motion Control (electrical and/or mechanical) Sales or Marketing Experience
