We have an immediate need for an Architectural Designer with experience in multifamily, podium mixed-use, residential, hospitality, and commercial projects to join a small design firm in Santa Ana, CA. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Architectural Designer opportunity includes:
- Experience with multifamily, podium mixed-use, single-family residential (including tract homes), hospitality, office, and/or commercial projects
- Ability to take lead on the design and creation of 3D models, renderings, elevations, etc. for Schematic Design packages
- Experience in preparing conceptual design presentation packages.
- Ability to develop to complete the technical drawings, tabulations, documents, and related services as required
- Experience in coordinating the work of other consultants as required to prepare construction documents
- Strong proficiency in Revit
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
