We have an immediate need for a Superintendent with retail and commercial experience to join a well-established full-service construction firm in Addison, TX.

Requirements / Responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity includes:

• 10+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Focus on commercial and retail projects, with experience managing multiple projects at a time
• Ground-up experience is a plus
• Able to pass background, drug, and motor vehicle checks
• US citizen

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: Health insurance employee pays $200 per month, 2 weeks PTO, car allowance of $600 per month, 401k, 10% - 20% quarterly bonus, and more!
