We have an immediate need for an Earthwork Estimator with knowledge in preparing cost estimates for earthwork projects by analyzing plans, gathering site information, and using specialized software to calculate quantities and costs to join a well-established earthwork firm in Union Grove, WI. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Earthwork Estimator opportunity includes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Surveying, or related
- 10 years of estimating and project management experience
- Experience preparing estimates for federal, state, municipal, and private entities, including quantity calculation, gathering quotes, and submittals
- Ability to track labor, equipment, and materials to manage costs
- Proficiency in reading and understanding plans, specifications, policies, reports, and legal documents
- Proficiency in HCSS Heavy Bid, Agtek, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Project)
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

additional cost), PTO negotiable, with 2-3 weeks offered, 401k with 4% match after 6
months, potential for annual bonus, and more!
