We have an immediate need for a Construction Project Manager with retail and commercial experience to join a well-established full-service construction firm in Addison, TX. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity includes:
- 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial and retail projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time, with a track record of successfully delivering projects in the $2-$5 million range
- Ground-up experience is a plus
- Willingness to split time between the office and job site, and potentially work from home if it makes sense for the project
- Able to pass background, drug, and motor vehicle checks
- US citizen
- Computer literate with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: $80,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Health insurance employee pays $200 per month, 2 weeks PTO, car allowance
of $600 per month, 401k, 10% - 20% quarterly bonus, and more!
