Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is seeking a Facilities Programming and Project Delivery Manager (FPDM) to develop and manage the statewide program of capital renovation and replacement projects. This position is responsible for leading a team that plans, programs, and delivers capital preservation and improvement projects. You will have the opportunity to coordinate the design and construction of WSDOT facility projects with internal and external customers and stakeholders.  The selected candidate will be responsible to ensure that projects meet the international building code, Washington state energy code, and other national and international standards for facilities work. The primary expectation is strategic leadership of the team with a focus on employees, customers, and stakeholders. Leadership focused on providing direction, alignment, and commitment that is consistent with program and agency vision, mission, values, and goals.
