* 10+ years of experience in construction
* Ability to manage contract administration, client relations, and construction project schedule, quality, cost, and safety
* Experience in cost management, including cost estimating, cost reporting, cost breakouts, pay requests, cash flow analysis, change orders, labor budgets and forecasts
* Ability to monitor and manage the project schedule, including identification of major project components, their sequence, and durations, utilizing scheduling software, scheduling subcontractors and deliveries, resolving time conflict issues, and/or scheduling staffing
* Ability to implement and monitor procedures to protect the health and safety of jobsite employees, visitors, and the general public
* Preference for candidates who have worked at general contractors
 

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: $180,000 - $215,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual performance-based bonus.
