We are seeking an experienced Chief Building Engineer to join a well-established Property Management Firm in Cincinnati, OH.

As the Chief Building Engineer for a high-rise office tower, you will be responsible for all routine and preventative maintenance of HVAC equipment. When major repairs are needed, you will work with a subcontractor to complete the work. 

To be qualified for this position, you must have at least 5 years of experience and HVAC certification. Experience working on a large building system is required, and experience with building automation controls is desired. You must also be willing to learn and use an automated work order system.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
