We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager / General Manager to join a well-established Service Firm in Fairfax, VA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our organization, ensuring that we are operating efficiently and effectively to meet our business goals. You will be the face of the company, working closely with the owner and leading a team of 30+ employees.  The ideal candidate will have at least 10-15+ years of experience in a related field and a college education. Background in other service related industries such as HVAC or construction is preferred.

Requirements / Responsibilities for this Operations Manager / General Manager opportunity includes:

* Plan and develop strategies and policies to improve the operational and financial effectiveness of the company
* Achieve financial and operational goals as established by the owner
* Develop business relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Lead and motivate team members to advance employee engagement in the business
* Establish and monitor the performance goals of the company
* Oversee and manage the sales force
* Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and payroll
* Experience in related service industries (HVAC and/or construction preferred)
* College education
* Competency in relevant software
* Excellent leadership skills
* Ability to handle administrative tasks

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual performance bonus up to $50,000!
