Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is seeking a Capital Program Development and Management (CPDM) Deputy Director to oversee the development of the statewide Capital Improvement and Preservation Program (CIPP). The objective of this position is to lead the development of the annual 6-year plan for highway construction and the integration of the other modes into a comprehensive 6-year plan. In addition, the incumbent leads the asset management policy and process development implementation for highway system assets. Responsibilities as the acting Deputy Director include recommending policy modifications, implementing agency policy, and interpreting agency policy for technical specialty area organizations throughout the agency.
