We have an immediate need for a Construction Project Manager with healthcare and hospitality experience to join a well-established Construction firm in Jamestown, CA. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity includes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related
- 2+ years of experience in construction administration, engineering, or a similar field
- Ability to manage multiple projects from $20 million to $300 million
- Knowledge of appropriate construction processes, means and methods, and local permitting process
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
