We have an immediate need for a Construction Project Manager with experience leading large projects in the $30 million range to join a well-established Construction firm in Richmond, VA. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity includes:
- 7+ years of construction management experience
- Experience with base building projects with commercial general contractor
- Knowledge of k-12, medical, industrial, senior living, parking decks, and similar sectors
- Must be US Citizen
- Large project experience upwards of $30 million
Salary: $95,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
