We have an immediate need for a Construction Project Manager with renovation and new build experience to join a well-established small Construction and General Contracting firm in Doral, FL. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity includes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications required
- CQC certification issued by USACE / NAVFAC required
- 4+ years of commercial and/or industrial general contracting
- 3+ years of experience with government contracting preferred
- Ability to participate in industry networking functions
Salary: $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
