We have an immediate need for a Construction Superintendent with reconstruction and repair experience for existing structures to join a well-established Construction firm in San Deigo, CA. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent opportunity includes:
- 5+ years of construction experience in a supervisory role
- Experience with waterproofing, siding and stucco, flashing, concrete, reflective coating, and flat roofs
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Interview new hires and assign labor for each project
- Meet with building managers and tenants to discuss repair and restoration services
- Must be able to provide change order estimates
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
