Capital Staffing Solutions is hiring for one of Canada’s largest manufacturer in industrial vacuum systems.
The organization is well-established and fast-growing, and we are looking for a Welder – MIG & TIG!
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Weld products according to specified blueprints and procedures
- Build products from blueprints and ensure quality measures are applied
- Organize and maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area in a professional and safe manner
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Minimum 5 years of welding and fitting experience
- Proficiency with MIG and TIG welding of thin gauge stainless steel
- Must be able to pass TIG and MIG test
- Read and interpret welding blueprints and drawings specifications
- Ability to use lifting devices and jib crane
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, complete repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, organize deadlines and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong team player
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Some heavy lifting
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
- Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time, 44hrs per week
- Shifts: Day and evening shifts available. Overtime hours available
- Hourly Wage $25-$30 based on experience
