Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Right of Way Plans Office is seeking a skilled engineering professional to fill the Property Review Engineer vacancy in Tumwater, WA. The Property Review Engineer revises existing right of way plans and reviews surplus property packages that the statewide Real Estate Services offices request. This position oversees computing boundary lines and areas, ensuring that the property is not part of the highway infrastructure, preparing and reviewing the surplus package for completeness, and retrieving and interpreting lease agreements and other documents. This work will contribute to the WSDOT mission of disposing or conveying any surplus property to non-Agency parties when no longer needed for highway purposes and generating revenue for the motor vehicle fund.
