You will be responsible for day-to-day administration of the server/network infrastructure and related systems, utilizing cloud provisioning tools, and automating tasks using a scheduler. You'll be highly detail-oriented and comfortable working independently as well as within a team. You'll be learning about and working extensively with Linux, scripting, and AWS. We're small, agile, casual (no suits – shoes optional), and passionate about our mission and the projects we create. We are seeking candidates in PST, AKST, or HST to support the Operations team. There is an "on-call" requirement for this role, rotating between team members monthly. What You'll Do: Monitor systems and applications including Linux, Windows, and AWS services Deploy applications across a multitude of servers and operating systems hosted on AWS Use Bash and Python scripting to automate processes Build/monitor/troubleshoot/fix Prod/Test/Dev environments to ensure smooth and efficient operations Work with CI/CD tools, tasks schedulers, and Amazon Web Services Skills You'll Need: 3 - 6 years of Linux experience at an internship or on the job 3 - 6 years of scripting experience on Linux Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, subnetting, routing, firewall policies, and best practices Familiarity with writing SQL queries to troubleshoot data issues Familiarity with windows administration Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment Bachelor's degree required. Any certifications are a plus.
