The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual with a strong understanding of construction industry principles and practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, overseeing the daily operations of the project, and maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the entire project.

Requirements / Responsibilities for this Superintendent opportunity includes:

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and building codes
• Experience with commercials, healthcare, hospitality, and retail projects
• Experience with industrial is a plus
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
