We have an immediate need for a Commercial Construction Project Manager with experience in retail, corporate office space, multifamily, and mixed-use to join a well-established large Construction firm in Birmingham, AL. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Commerical Construction Project Manager opportunity includes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Building Science
- 3+ years of commercial project management
- Ability to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish
- Willingness to be involved in new business efforts and build long-term relationships for repeat business
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
