We have an immediate need for a Construction CEO with experience in leadership, cost, and/or construction management to join a well-established small female-owned Construction firm in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate would be a Sr. Construction Project Manager who wants to succeed at the executive level as no prior experience is required.
Requirements / Responsibilities for this Construction CEO opportunity includes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering
- 10+ years of construction management or construction cost management background
- Experience with public sectors such as; higher education, K-12, civic parks, and municipal buildings
- Must have strong client-facing experience
Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
