We have an immediate need for a Construction Project Manager with higher education construction experience to join a well-established college in Raleigh, NC. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity includes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related
- Registered Architect in North Carolina preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
- 5+ years of design and construction management
- Filimar with North Carolina building codes
- Experience with estimating, managing, inspecting, and directing contractors throughout the entire project
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project Manager
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
