We have an immediate need for a Construction Project Manager with facade/exterior renovation experience to join a well-established developer in New York, NY. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity includes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related
- 2+ years of project management experience for high-end luxury condos
- Experience with facade/exterior renovations with glass and curtain walls
- Must be vaccinated
- Proficient in JD Edwards and Hyperion
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary!
