We have an immediate need for a Commercial Project Manager with multi-family project experience to join a well-established Construction firm in Marietta, GA. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Commercial Project Manager opportunity includes:
- 5+ years of multi-family project experience
- Familiar with public and private housing projects
- Ability to handle projects from start to finish while maintaining budgets, schedules, and meetings
- Proficient with Procore and Viewpoint
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience plus bonuses.
