We have an immediate need for a Construction Project Manager with multi-family, retail, and restaurant experience to join a well-established Construction firm in Winter Garden, FL. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity includes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related
- 5+ years of construction, design, finance, and management
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Experience with commercial projects
- Proficient in Procore, MS Project, and isqft software
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
