We have an immediate need for a Construction Project Manager with hospitality experience to join a well-established Construction firm in Woodland Hills, CA. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity includes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management preferred
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience with commercial renovations
- Ability to travel 25%-75% of the time, with overnight and extended stays
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Project, Outlook, and Excel
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
